Hello stampin’ friends! I hope you are finding some ways to take care of yourselves (particularly with mental and emotional health) during these enormously challenging times. No surprise that I have turned to crafting as a good way to keep myself busy and soothed during our self-isolation. Remember that crafting stimulates dopamine production (meaning, it gives you a sense of accomplishment and worth) not only when you’re actively engaged in the creative process, but also upon completion or when you share your creation with others. Meaning, put that lovely card in the mail and brighten someone’s day!

This month’s Blog Hop is all about Easter!

For my card, I hand-coloured the background of the gorgeous Flowering Foils paper to really make those flowers pop. This paper is truly stunning, featuring rose gold foil and silver foil on every sheet! Then I used my Medium Daisy punch to create some bigger flowers to decorate, and added a simple sentiment from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set!

I coloured a whole collection of card fronts in different colours. I just love the look it creates! I’ve finished two more of them for specific people/occasions, and have three more on hand for whatever inspires me next. Which colour do you like best?

This gorgeous paper is a Level One Sale-a-Bration reward item, meaning you can get it free with your qualifying purchase – but only until March 31st, just a few days away! Stampin’ Up! has also added a third release of free items for us to earn, all from the annual catalogue. You can check them out here on my website. It’s a fun collection, with a little something for everyone!

I hope you enjoyed my project! Now don’t forget to click on the buttons below to continue on the blog hop, and enjoy all the other Easter themed creations. Click on “Previous” to visit Erica’s blog and “Next” to see what MiRan has created!

Happy Stampin’!

The cardstock measurements are:

Card base: 5.5 x 8.5”

White: I’ve cut this out with the second largest rectangle from the Stitched Rectangles set; it measures 3-3/8 x 4.75”.
